Esjay Music was founded by Soji Obatusin most commonly known as Surj. His passion, love for music and the process of what makes a song are some of the reasons he established this company. Having worked in music for over 10 years, he has realized the need for songwriters to get the sound they envision for their project the way they imagined it.
As the artist communicates their ideas, he uses his knowledge, understanding, and experience of music to bring their vision to life. Getting to this point took a lot of discipline and required him to take his personal music agenda out of the equation to meet the client's needs. Here at Esjay Music, our focus is to create a sound that is uniquely you.

As an engineer, it's a pleasure getting well produced tracks with great sonics from a producer as Soji. It gives me the engineer to actually mix and not spend a bulk of my time fixing. As a new artist, going into the studio can be a scary experience; that is why working with a patient and competent production team makes all the difference!
